I have the BEST office in Florence, Oregon! It's true and if you don't believe me, why, just come and see. Why do I say that? First of all, it's located a block off of Bay Street, Old Town Florence. Bay Street is one of the most fun, the most eclectic shopping experience you could have AND Old Town is arrayed along the Siuslaw River (Sigh-you-slaw, yep, it's Native American), surrounded by towering Douglas Fir trees and framed by one of the most photographed bridges on the Oregon Coast built in the 1930's by Conde McCullough.
Old Town Florence is excited about its event-packed Christmas Dickens Festival which runs from November 28th through December 7th. There'll be hayrides, a community sing at the Coffee Roasters, the Jazz Kings at the Florence Events Center, of course a Tree Lighting and Santa's Arrival at the Gazebo and lots more.
That's just the beginning of why I have a dream office. I have a co-broker who is a dream interior designer: Kathy Rosecrans. Kathy has turned this once-upon-a-time Plain Jane space into a sophisticated cozy welcoming place that's where I can't wait to be every morning, even in this slow real estate market. We have a splashing gushing fountain just outside the door and in the summer we keep both doors open to enjoy that inside out feeling. That allows so many folks who are visiting Old Town Florence to wander in the door in a non-threatening way, and before you know it, you've got a chat about real estate going on. An easy way to develop a life-long friendship that just might be good for your business too!
So if you're looking for tips on creating the perfect office, email me. I'd love to chat with you about it. Let me know what you love (and hate) about the office you're in.
