I have been working with our seniors center here in St. Marys, Ontario to run down sizing clinics for the seniors. They are invited to come out in many media forms. After the lunch I give a presentation on how the Real Estate has changed and what they can do to make sure they are getting the best service. Keep in mind some of these individuals have never been involved in a Real Estate transaction at all for there partners dealt with it and have since passed. What they can do to stay where they are longer too. How to start preparing for the future moving. The event in the past was successful with a good turn out and I am looking forward to holding the next one this coming up January.
