Hello.  I am in the process of paying off my bills.  I am a teacher, and my wife works as well.  She makes 28k a year and i make 60k not including summers where i can make more.  She has no credit history good or bad, while i have had some credit issues that for sure are currently getting better.  We would love to find a townhouse or single family property in Gaithersburg or Germantown that is rent to own.  We would buy it asap.  We like the area off Longdraft Darby rd and others in that community but of course would be open to others.   We are currently renting an apartment in the area.  We hope to hear from you. thanks.
