In this market if you do not diversify, you may easily find your self in trouble. There is no surprise that many agents turned to property management, something we did not want to touch a few years ago.

We started from doing it for some of our clients who bought condos in the area, and needed to rent them until they retire and come, or until they decide to sell. So, we started from couple of units, and then this number increase, but we are still only halfway to where we would like to be with our numbers.

The slowing market affected the rentals in the area as dramatically as the rest of Real Estate. Units that you could rent for $2,000 to $2,400 in older buildings on the ocean, are now stying empty even for $1,500.
