Hi all,

I have spent the past 15 years inspecting homes. Recently I decided to take the top 10 most common deficiencies and compile a list for listing agents. Why not have the house inspected by a licenced professional prior to listing it. You may find that the home will sell quicker without negotiating down and you also may find that the buyers will perhaps even waive the inspection on the P & S agreement.
