Run Against Hunger on Thanksgiving Day

All across the nation, runners are getting up Thanksgiving morning to run against hunger.

I encourage everyone to start a new 'family tradition' and run or walk against hunger. Here in my local area, all proceeds benefit the Emergency Food Bank. What a great way of giving back to your community and getting a head-start on the holiday calories.
