Well, I've taken the plunge into the world of real estate cyber social networking. As I finish the year as the current President of the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors, it's time to move back into the "sell everyday". I welcome the return to the reality of a real estate market that could certainly be much worse than it is and one that I see as filled with great opportunity to those that want to put their nose to the grindstone.
