 As we all know, real estate is very much a 'local' market. Just in case anyone out there was unaware of how Phoenix has weathered this storm, I thought I would take the time to point it out. If you are sitting shivering right now, think of us. We are to have 78 degrees here today with blue skies and it is just absolutely heaven! Here in the southeast valley, home prices are starting in the low $60K's (even the odd one in the mid $40K's), what a better place to have a vacation home, second home or just to invest your hard earned cash...let it work for you!
