Google/Yahoo AdWords - Effective??

By
Real Estate Agent with Solutions Real Estate

Ok, so today I took the plunge and did what so many people have advised me to do....ignoring those who told me not too! Yep, I placed adds on the sponsored Adwords of Google and Yahoo. Have I made a mistake...will it make me big bucks....comments would be great...how to maximize my ads even better....have I done the right thing?

I'll be back -- a great question -- and I have been wondering about his also.  Let us know who it works for you.

It depends on how focused they are, what you actually are saying, how you entice the consumer, how much you pay(bang for buck) etc. They can supplement and will get you more traffic but if you get more clients thats hard to say. If you track your traffic and ask clients why they came to you it can be effective.

Jan, I've found limited success with the adwords.

I still do limited ads but I'm considering pulling back even more.

Shane - Thanks for the input...I agree it is hard to say whether on not it is actually ‘bringing home the bacon' so to speak....I will give it a couple of months and see how it goes.  Thanks for the input!
