The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette recently wrote about StonePepper's Grill located at 1614 Washington Road in Upper St. Clair:

"The casual, 140-seat restaurant, featuring wood-fired brick oven pizza, gourmet burgers, pasta bar and salads, is located on the former Chi-Chi's site at a confluence of Bethel Park, Mt. Lebanon and Upper St. Clair. Among its amenities is The Pittsburgher, [a] creation of sauteed onions, provolone cheese and sauce on an Angus burger, served with fries. For sports fans, the restaurant offers 13 flat-screen, high-definition televisions to show Big Ten Network games on Saturdays, and NFL games on Sundays."

By now many of you may have eaten there, so leave a comment below telling us what you think of it!

I went to Stone Peppers Grill randomly with my husband one day last week. The service was a bit slow even though we were the only ones in the resterant. We had to wait a couple minutes for anyone to even stop to seat us, and the waitress disappeared for long amounts of time even though there were no other customers to wait on. That being said the food was GREAT!!! The burgers were better than RED ROBIN and the fries were unbelievible!!! Over all I'd say its a great place.

I travel to the Pittsburgh area for business on occation.  I've been there multiple times now. Food is FANTASTIC! I've tried the burgers, pizza, and pasta all at this point.  Wide beverage selection with knowledable bartenders.  Great place to take clients. There is also a location close to the airport. Highly recommend this place.
