my listing EXPIRED over the weekend..... after the initial 90 day period, she had renewed with me... but NOT this time.... we had several offers ... the last one being CASH and quick closing...... we got within $2k and could not come to an agreement. i have worked very hard, kept in constant contact, handled this listing with great care ...... and now, some NEW agent is going to appear and save the day!! It is so unfair. I cant wait to see what she lists it for! I will be watching and only time will tell.......
