Daily and yet sometimes even hourly Realtor.org sends me up-to-date information on the Real Estate world. I love being current and educated when it comes to real estate, things change a little too fast in this industry. I have to say with all the negativity that is going around in the real estate market it was nice to see Phoenix made the list of 10 Favorite Cities to Live and Work. Now keep in mind there is also a list of 10 Cities Workers would like to Avoid. Some of the cities made both of the lists and some did not. I am happy to say Phoenix is not one of them.
