The pre-season anxiety is slowly dissipating as we begin to see skiers coming into town. Obviously this is going to be a tough year, but hopefully not as tough as some people have predicted. It is so nice to walk down Bridge Street and see that our guests have arrived. The Christmas lights are switched on tomorrow and then we can all begin to get into the groove. The season is here. There are plenty of great Real Estate Opportunities this year throughout the Vail Valley. It is most certainly a great time to be a buyer. If you are coming to town to ski, be sure to stop by the Forbes Sotheby's international Realty office located in the Mountain Haus right by the Covered Bridge on Bridge Street. Come in, warm up by our fireplace, and learn about the amazing properties that are currently on the market.
