Should you choose an agent based on the brokerage fees they charge?  Of Course Not!

Choosing a Realtor by the brokerage fee they charge is like  choosing a home improvement contractor that gives you the cheapest bid. You get what you pay for which most of the time is a leaky roof, bad plumbing or an air conditioner that doesn't work.  Most Realtors will do an "OK" job for you in marketing your home but what you are looking for is the Realtor that can do 2 things for you.  

1. Sell your existing home at the highest price possible, in the shortest  time possible.
2. Find you the home you are looking for and work with you to negotiate the best price possible and make your real estate experience as stress-free as possible. 

Most importantly, you must feel comfortable with that agent (or agents in the case of a team) and feel that you can trust them.  

We offer programs for homeowners who are selling and buying a home and a complete package to market your existing home.  Starr, and I work as a team.  I typically work on marketing your existing home while Starr is the expert at finding you the home you are looking for.

We will meet with you to show you what we have to offer.  We put together a Comparative Market Analysis to dertermine the best market price for your home.  This analysis helps to determine what the "BEST" price to market your home might be, not necessarily the "HIGHEST" Price.  We try to understand the your urgency in selling your property.  The more urgency you have in selling your property, the more agressively the property will need to be priced.

If you are looking for a home, there is no better person to help you than my wife and teammate Starr Freeman.  She will st with you and do an analysis of the things that are important to you in a home, What you MUST have, what you would "LIKE TO HAVE", and what you "DO NOT WANT".

She will then preview any possible matches 'BEFORE" we waste any of your time dragging you around to properties that may not fit your needs.  When she has it narrowed down, she will then arrange a tour and take you to look at the possible choices.
