INTERESTED IN A CAREER IN REAL ESTATE? LICENSING COURSES WILL BE OFFERED.

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Blue Asset Management

If you are considering a career in real estate sales, Blue Realty GMAC by agreement with the American School of Business with several locations in New Jersey, is sponsoring a reduced tuition for the 75-hour salesperson-licensing course on the Fundamentals of Real Estate Sales.

According to Charles Blumenkehl, president of Blue Realty GMAC, "When I received my real estate license in 1977, it was an environment very similar to our current market environment.  And, quite frankly, it was the best time to learn the business.  I would encourage anyone who has ever thought of a career in real estate to enter the business now, at a time when you will learn and be rooted to prosper in the future".

Those interested in becoming a licensed real estate agent will be able to take the state accredited course at any of the American School of Business locations across New Jersey to meet the state requirements for taking the salesperson's licensing examination.

Students of the American School of Business sponsored by Blue Realty GMAC also have access to free professional counseling and assistance in preparing for the exam through Blue Realty GMAC.

Classes are being held at a number of locations beginning this month, and continuing throughout the year.  The classes may be taken over a two-week course full time, 4 weeks half days, or 10 weeks at night or on the weekend.  For information about these classes and continual training and education for real estate professionals after they obtain their license, and for the office and school nearest you, call toll free at (800) 936-SOLD(7653).

Founded in 1983, Blue Realty GMAC operates offices throughout New Jersey and is the largest independently owned GMAC brokerage in New Jersey.
