Silver Linings

By
Real Estate Agent with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors - Stacy Mathews

I know that most Realtors do not jump for joy when a call or lead for a rental comes into the office. I know the terms FSBO and Expireds may brings memories of less pleasant times and a shiver down the back, and in this time when lenders are reorganizing their lending practices and everyone waiting to see what the government is going to do has brought an influx of customers looking for rental property, more FSBO signs are popping up daily, and every month there are more frustrated seller's looking for a changer or fresh approach, but there is work out there

I will grant you that Rentals, FSBO's, and Expireds do require more work and I for one am grateful to have this work to fill the slower times when the phones are quite and the buyers are being more cautious, it is a reminder for me to remember the basics and not lose touch with the new at the same time. I know I will always be able to make a good living while enjoying what I do.

Ray, it is important to make the best of slower times in this economy.  And while I don't mind Expired or FSBOs I just don't do rentals.  Maybe it's something I should consider though.

Hi Ray, Blog, blog and blog somewhere. The calls will start coming in. And make sure you have a user friendly website. It's all about being available online today.  So important.  Perspective clients will find you on your blogs.
