The Isle of Palms, excluding Wild Dunes, has seen a major downturn during the first quarter of 2007 compared to same period 2006.

$1M+ homes sold fell from 31 in 2006 to 11 during the same period this year.

The $200K-$499K condo/timeshare market also fell drastically from 14 sales last year to just 4 this period.

The average DOM has climbed steadily from 100 days in April 2006 to 203 days in 2007.
