Can anyone provide testimonials on the DpFunder program...or "warnings"? The site http://www.dpfunder.com/index.html claims to have done 1,300+ transactions. It's a really novel idea, where a potential buyer "sells" a membership to a seller. The buyer gets paid a commission from the sale of the membership. Since the commission is earned income, it can be sourced but doesn't need to be seasoned. It's held in the bank to provide funds for down payment and can be accessed any time at or after closing.
Just curious if anyone has seen, used or been let down by this program?
Does it work with FHA Buyers?
and What Lenders are allowing this program?
Thanks for the input!
