BrokerIPTV : Professional Athletes A Winning Niche For Gary Lohrman. We are talking today with Gary Lohrman from Fuller Towne & Country Properties. Gary I like your story a lot because impart you built your real-estate business in working with athletes?
Gary Lohrman: Thats correct.
BrokerIPTV : Tell us how that came about?
Gary Lohrman: Well, back actually when they started the Colorado Rockies, so that year before they started the Rockies and somebody had ask me to work with John Antenucci [phonetic] who was the originator or the Colorado Rockies [phonetic]. So, I found John in house and then he asked me to work as the President of Rockies, who is Steve Earhart. I found him in house and then its like anything you work at it, you build it and it just build from there. So, its one referral after another, it continued.
BrokerIPTV : Celebrity athletes. Though to work for, easy to work with, what is it?
Gary Lohrman: It depends on what sport it is. Baseball - I would say, in baseball its easy to work with. They are very down to earth, just they are present.
BrokerIPTV : Football, basketball, tougher and tougher itself?
Gary Lohrman: I dont want to insult anybody in basketball or whatever, but in basketball I think they tend to be more not present. They would rather, I think their agents would do more of the work and with baseball with some of the hockey players I work with, some of the football players I work with. They have been more of present. More involved with decision making and so its been good.
BrokerIPTV : I have heard some of the stories that athletes get on the phone and they basically ask you a couple of question like square footage, beds bath, what neighborhood and how many, do you have pool in a garage and they will say,
