If the day after Thanksgiving is for shopping, what I want to know is:
1) Did you buy a house or condo today?
2) Did you help someone else buy a house or condo today?
3) Did you represent a seller who had a buyer for their house today?
We have to remind people that Shopping is a good thing to do, especially for properties. Let's help everyone do their part to help the economy by helping they to buy a home.
Sharon - I guess all my shoppers were out Christmas shopping today but I've got two ready to go out shopping tomorrow!
Good reminder. It would have been nice to be able to put out directional signs to my office out by the mall today. A mile and a quarter backup past mall traffic to get to my office. I don't know how people sit in all that traffic to shop in noisy, crowded stores then wait in line again. Not to mention finding a parking spot. No Way!
People should invest their hard earned money in real estate instead of spending it at the mall :)
Sharon...you are so right and I love this post! Its true..our parking lot was empty..the phones rang a few times..you want a bargain...we have lots of Daytona Beach homes for sale!
Sharon, one of the best things about this business is that you can shop when nobody else is!
Lisa - maybe even have directional signs on your car and keep it in the mall traffic.
Midori - I'm sure you know of some that are better than short sales and foreclosures, too.
Pat - and you can shop in places where there aren't crowds.
