Yeah, I love parties and I am having one for my clients ----- One of my realtor friends over in another county had told me that she does a Christmas party each year for her clients and they loved it - I could really see the benefit in doing this - so with this being my first year in my own office, I surely would love to do and make it an annual event --- It is kind of like a "drop by" at your convenience type of day and I am excited about it - I will keep you posted so you will know how it turned out! Norma: Sounds like a liot of fun, and a great way for your to show your appreciation for them. Something fun that a co-worker of mine does is she gives awards (chocolate award statues). One for the client who moved the farthest distance from their prior home. One for the biggest pain in rear transaction that they muddled through together. And so on.

Norma this sounds like a great thing to do. I also thought of something too reading this post-Doing maybe an anniversary every year for the day your clients moved into their new houses. Great post.
