Is Sunday your "day of rest"????

I do believe that we all need a day of rest and a lot of time I am sure not all of us get that - however, it does do a body good - just to relax and really do nothing - just to rest from your labors of the week - I do look forward to Sunday because I get to attend church with my family and friends and "most" of the time come home to an afternoon nap - That just seems to charge my batteries for the upcoming week - and if that is not allowed, it really does seem like it effects me for the whole next week - What about you?  Is Sunday your day of rest or do you even have one?  Thanks and happy resting!!!

For the most part, it isn't.  My husband is a minister and I play piano, so we work on Sunday mornings.  Then, I have open houses.  My normal day of rest is on Thursdays.  Kind of off, but it works.

Thanks for commenting Kristin - my husband is a Pastor so we always are busy until about 1pm and then have a few hours off until service again at 7pm - but I do try to "rest" in between - however, sometimes I also do open houses ---- I just appreciate the time that I do have to rest when it is there!  Good luck in your business!
