Well I have alot of toys that enable me to be a successful Pennsylvania Realtor. I have my wireless laptop of course, which has a wireless mouse and lets me spend hours prospecting and blogging on Active Rain. This has allowed me to be on the first page of a Google Search.
Let's see, there is my wireless digital e
lectronic key, which now even has a flashlight built in on the latest recent upgrades.
I now have my Tom Tom, GPS navigation system for my car, which I use to get me around town with out the embarrassment of getting lost while showing homes.
I have my bluetooth device now, that makes me look like a tech-ee when in Home Depot, with this thing hanging on my ear. People wonder who I am talking to! lol
Now I have my Blackberry. It is a phone, a calculato
r, an address book, and a computer all in one. Now, with Coldwell Banker, we can look at any listing on my blackberry. It shows all the details and pictures as well. Some customers, who are not as computer literate, are amaized when I can show them a picture of their home on my phone.
What a wonderful time we live in with all these gadgets. Now, if the interest rates can go down, and the buyers start buying again, 2009 will be a wonderful year.
