I realize the Huffington post article was written tongue in cheek but it was rude. He made it sound like American's are all stupid.
How refreshing to have a President in the White House that can articulate in complete sentences and mean what he says. God is Truly Blessing America. Praise God.
Smart move to keep Gates in I think that is important for keeping the military forces moral up. I pray Hillary does a great job as well. One thing for certain she is a strong force to be reckoned with.

Yes, you're correct; it was a bit rude ... but still funny. If GW had been his own man and not be led around by Cheney and the other neo-cons, he could have had a successful presidency. Because he was not a strong president, he gets to be the butt of hundreds of jokes. goes with the territory ... something every Texan understands.

If God truely does continue to bless this country, we are fortunate to have Obama at this critical and historic time. We must not expect too much of him in too short a time. It is one hell of mess he is being handed. the clean-up of which will surely require all of us to participate and sacrifice.

Sadly there are those on the far right that care more about their "Party" and one or two Issues that they expect, wish and hope for TOTAL failure of the Obama Presidency so they can point an "I told you so" finger at all those who voted for him.
No matter what he does "Good" for the country they will only see "Evil". What a truly sad commentary on the condition of the heart and souls of some of the American people.
To be against ANY President Elect in these tragic times, with two wars and maybe more on the horizon with soldiers and civilians being killed, closer than ever to Nuclear threat, drugs and crime on the rise, hunger in America out of control, one in 10 Americans on food stamps, the unemployment rate out of control, deep in recession and headed for a Depression is to be wishing for America itself to fail.
