With the economy being so bad, a lot of professionals aren't really giving 100% to their customers. But as a customer, how can you tell if you're professional is working hard for you?
Well you can't look at someone and tell by their face if they're trying 100% unlike armwrestling. If you list a house with a realtor, then you should expect to be in contact with that person on a regular basis. Also, you should be given feedback of showings.
