As 2008 is coming to an end I am getting ready for a great year in 2009. I have spent the last several days looking at different Branding and Marketing solutions and at this point I am getting a bit confused. When I started in Real Estate 8 years ago I created a simple logo I liked but never really used it effectively. I would love to get some advice from you Active Rainers on some good companies I could go through to get my branding, marketing materials and personal brochure up to date. By the way this is my first Blog post. Here's to a great 2009 to everyone!

welcome to active rain Laurie. I would imagine there are lots of small creative local companies out of seattle who would be eager to work for you. A good idea might be to place an ad on craigslist and kijiji explaining what you are looking for and expecting, inviting contact from capable individuals and businesses. You could screen them and interview the ones that sounded interesting and also probably find a company who would work within your budget. I think that might get you better results then buying some template from an unknown company from across the country or globe.
