It's that time of year for Self-Reflection

Ahh, I just love getting the email with an attachment for my yearly self assessment.  It's almost as pleasant as my yearly visit to the female doctor.  What are they looking for from me this year?  Did I do enough, exceed their expectations or just plain out fall short?

This time of self reflection is actually quite revealing.  It makes you remember the little things you do daily that have now become habit.  Things you did not do last year.  I my case, daily prospecting calls.  It gives you a chance to say how fast the year flew by and some to thank goodness it's almost over.  For some this was the best year of their lives and for others in real estate it was a definite battle of mind over matter. Yet we made it through, a little thinner but a lot stronger.  Stronger for going back to the basics.  Stronger for challenging ourselves to think differently.  Stronger for accomplishing scripts and dialogs that we were not comfortable with.  Stronger for taking action!  Hopefully, you'll end this year stronger than you started it.  I know I have.

I hope your assessment is positive!  As long as you meet your own expectations life will be good!

Remember too, not every goal you set can be reached, but your success depends more on you as a person.

With the current climate still being in the business is a plus for the end of the year. I am stronger because of the challenges.
