If so.... why, then - is this happening where I live... Cozumel Mexico and sell real estate - AND this is a slow week - last year we had as many as 17 in ONE day!

Well, think out of the box.... The real estate market was headed for a turn a few years ago - baby boomers are retiring and life as we all once knew it was changing...
So, traveling to Mexico for years on vacation - having a few agent's "show me a house" and customer service and the process is back in the 1980's - looked like an opportunity to me!
Creative website on point2agent.com sweat equity and lots of leads and traffic doing business the way it was years ago. A Mexican corporation, cost of living and born again at 52.
