Upper Dublin Township is one of the best Montgomery County School Districts. What we see happening all over the country, with foreclosures and homes not selling does not seem to be happening in this township. Although, correct pricing is still very important in order to sell homes in a timely fashion. There is very little inventory. When a nice home comes on market and is priced well, it will sell within 30-90 days.
