Thank you for bringing this WSJ to my attention! Much appreciated. If you've seen my profile you can see I'm still in "newbie" status. I love working with seniors and though I've only closed one transaction thus far, I surround myself with many seniors these days. With volunteering at my local Council on Aging non-profit here in Orange County as well as visitng my local senior center, it helps to connect with seniors one on one, something I enjoy greatly.

I'm not sure I'd be able to help you out much, at least not right now. I think what you do is wonderful and very much needed, thus, please feel free to stay in touch.

Hey, new or seasoned, we all can help the seniors. If you'd like to use me for a resource for senior related topics beyond real estate, I'd be happy to help. In the meantime, I might suggest peroidic checks of the SRES website, especially their blog and member postings. You also might want to surf mine as well, I post daily blogs, but they are all links to articles, events, or other happenings.

I have a seminar, "Working the Senior Market, Turning Lead into Gold" that I put on for Realtors trying to do business in the senior market, and I'm thinking about putting it on DVD to send out of my area. I'll let you know when I have it ready, I think you might get something out of it.
