As a reflection of this past year I am starting to think about what we should do or change for the New Year.
Given the credit crunch, influx of forclosures ,and job losses . I plan on re-evaluating the waste of our proffession.
What are your suggestions or things you think you might change for the upcoming year based on our markets ?

I see a separation betwwen the agents that are truly professional and hardworking & the agents that just rode the wave when the market was good. I have implemented better client communication system in the last couple of months. I can't control the market, but I can control the job that I'm doing with my existing clients. Hopefully, the cream will rise to the top in a tough market!
