What it takes to be a good real estate agent- acheivement orientation

Level of acheivement is something that links closely with dependability.  Dependability is the ability to keep promises and reach goals, while acheivement orientation is the ability to make promises and set goals.  One is really pointless without the other.  Together, you have a conscientious, disciplined high-acheiver.  Acheivement oriented people set meaningful goals and set a high standard of excellence for themselves, and strive to go above and beyond to provide truely world-class service.
Together with dependability, acheivement orientation is highly important to me in each of my agents.  I believe these two abilities are the foundation for an exceptionally strong character.
