While some Realtors are preparing for family and friends, shopping and enjoying the season -- others are busy at work trying to pick up new business. I know this is a great time for relocation business. Most companies open their budgets again in January, so they are sending employees around to look for new housing in different states. There are only two times of the year when parents are willing to move their kids from the schools they are used to -- of course one is during the summer season, the next is during the holiday season. What are you doing to pick up new relocation business in your area? I would love to hear your comments.
