Funny how life works. One day your blogging and the next you're taking listings. It's wonderful to have the confidence and trust of my clients. I know they feel they have picked the right agent. (I did a good job convincing them of that!) On to selling or rather marketing these two Lake Clarke Shores listings . One of the properties has received over 50,000 hits on Realtor.com. Really, you'd think it would be sold, right? NOT! Here in West Palm Beach we've taken a big hit with property prices. I'm putting together a market report so stay tuned. Builders here have dropped prices a lot too. A recent auction on condos in downtown West Palm Beach at The Edge has helped to set prices in this market. The Lake Worth real estate area is really ripe for buyers! Charming Lake Worth is still a bargain and with the recent downturn in sales is a smart buy. Close to the beach and downtown West Palm Beach and the Island of Palm Beach, you can have it all! It's good to be back in the game.
