In these days of escalating days on market, an uncertain economy and plenty of inventory sellers really need to price their homes right. As real estate agents, it is our job to do our homework and present the sellers with an accurate analysis of the current market. The seller needs to know what they are up against (the competition), what has settled, what failed to settle, days on market, condition and amenities. Once they have that information they can then make an informed decision. A realistic price leads to a quick sale.
