I know it sounds crazy, but it's true. If a home is priced right, the buyers will come, There are many people out there who are looking for a good deal. If a seller bought ten, fifteen, twenty years ago, & didn't refinance themselves into oblivion, then they can still make a profit & move on. Sound good? I think so.
