The property is off 29 - close to the beltway.  I can make an appointment for us to see it.  If you are not pre-approved, you may get some incentives from the builder by using their preferred lender (like the $9000 in closing costs) .  I can arrange for you to make application the same day that you tour it if you love it and want to purchase it.
