Mortgage Lending

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

Wow, all I can say is WOW!  It seems to me that the Fed may be taking the right action here.  I have now read 2 different articles about the possibility of the interest rates falling to an all time low of 4.5%

With the high level of inventory and downward pressure on prices, this will really push us in the right direction.  In some areas we are already seeing mulitple offers on properties, Banks accepting offers, and well inventory moving.  All good signs of things to come.

Check out these articles and let me know your feedback.  I am ready to help buyers make the right decisions and get a great deal!  Lets start working today, so that you have the home of your dreams at all time low interest rates!
