1. A GOOD mortgage broker or banker than can do a short turnaround OR a cash buyer!!!
2. A GREAT title company that can work quickly.
3. A quick and reliable home inspector.
4. Buyers that are very eager to buy and sellers that are very eager to sell.
5. Last but not least... A PLAN!!!
Now is the opportune time for you to sell a house. The interest rates are down, the stock market is shaky, there are sellers who need to sell, and buyers who want to buy.
GET ON THE PHONE! Call every lead you've encountered over the past year - a great opporutniy to reach out to them again. Call it an "End of Year Sale!" Push a decision - as you will need one if you want to settle before 12/31 (don't forget you'll lose some time during the holidays.) And sell that house or condo.
