I'm using www.advancedaccess.com and I see Tony Marriott does also. Negotiate the conversion fee or call me first (Don Horn 623.202.6945). Loads of flexibility of this system. You can check out my site www.DonHorn.com but it is not yet complete (probably never will be as I keep adding function to it.)

Call or e-mail DonHorn@cox.net if I can help you any.

I use Point2Agent.  It's a free site, there are plenty of templates to make the site look great and there are lots of tools to maintain your clients and make your listings stand out.  I can send you an invite too. Email me if you need more info: nsleeva@cbpreferred.com or visit www.NicoleSleeva.com.  Good Luck!!

Top Producer would be good if you are looking to learn to manage this stuff yourself. If you are not necessarily interested in learning the "how-tos' but want the exposure that these sites can offer, you may consider working with a virtual assistant for your administrative and technical needs. Lots of time (an estimated 40%) can be needlessly lost to administrative tasks if you don't delegate some things.

For more information about the virtual assistant industry be sure to visit www.ivaa.org and sevag.org . Either of these sites have a plethora of info on the industry, and you may submit RFPs on either site as well.  Hope this helps...Also feel free to call me toll free  at  877.7VAASST  if you have any other questions regarding this...
