On Tuesday everyone at my brokerage was treated to a presentation by real estate agent and speaker, Terry Watson. Our home warranty company, American Home Shield, sponsored the event (thank you!!). Terry was FABULOUS. He had people laughing, thinking, and most importantly - evaluating what they are doing and why they are doing it!
It is so easy to leave a presentation feeling pumped up and then, the next hour, be back to business as usual. But Terry's presentation was memorable and powerful enough that I've actually made some changes, and I know the agents in my office (several of them, at least) have made some changes as well.
If you have the chance to see Terry - take it! I think our company will have him back as soon as possible!
