I am sure that all of you have seen the inspector that thinks his words are golden. I have met a numerous number myself that I would love to stuff a sock in their mouth. I am not sure how these guys are able to stay in business. They act like bullies and are not willing to let anyone else have a word in edge wise. To me, this is a sign of insecurity. They are not sure how to get their point across and they are afraid to be wrong. They surely do not know how to properly explain deficiencies in the properties that they are inspecting. To the novice home buyer, they walk away thinking that the house they are looking to purchase is going to fall over with the slightest breeze. Many agents that use my services for the first time typically ask me not to use scare tactics. This tells me that they have come across this guy before. This inspector is very confrontational and thinks that he know EVERYTHING!
I think that I am really going to enjoy being a member of the Active Rain community. This is my second day and my second post, and everyone has been nothing but welcoming. Thank you all so much.
