In the last two months international real estate buyer leads started to dry up for most popular US destinations like Florida and California. However the right price is the king as always.
Several of the real estate agents in Naples, Florida signed with http://www.realestatefair.net decided to upload properties under $200,000, REOs and foreclosure deals. We were stunned with the number of leads - 5 per property per day and counting. Leads came from UK, Canada, Switzerland and Germany. We contacted all of them to make sure the leads are good and only one was a "notorious" bogus with certain country codes - the rest of people who submitted their information via our European partners answered both their phones, e-mails and confirmed interest in buying US properties. Despite all odds http://www.realestatefair.net is still very good on providing quality international real estate buyer leads to developers, real estate companies and for sale by owners.

I know of several people here in Canada who would buy Cali, Arizona, or Florida once our currency recovers and prices stabilize. I believe they are all bottom fishers and would be the cheapest places they could hide out for the winter, but never-the-less they will be interested buyers at some point.
