Cynthia, Welcome to Active Rain. I hope you will check in every day and keep up with us Rainers. At 2:00 today, my husband and I will be heading over to pick up my three grandsons, ages 3, 3 and 5. They will go with us to buy our Christmas tree, a new family tradition. Then they'll spend the night at Jamma's house and go with us to church tomorrow. How old is your grandson? My suggestion is make a traveling blog out of it and day to day take notes of places to stop along the way, take lots of pictures and have fun with it!

OK, you're on to me. I've never blogged before. It is getting easier and really fun.
Last night we went to the first anual Christmas dinner at our church and the primary kids did the Nativity play. It was AWSOME watching them get up and do thir parts. Some, as young as 4, sang on the microphone. the costumes were beautiful, angels, shepherds, Mary, Joseph, etc. the courage it takes for them to get up in front of all those people brought tears to my eyes.
