SW Gulfport, MS  Zip Code 39501  Area Code 228

What a selection! Fixer Uppers to Perfection, small homes, large homes, quaint, vintage, stylish. Many Katrina damaged homes have now been renovated. There are many many single story, simple cottage and ranch styles.

I have a gut feeling (based on research I can't disclose --that there will be a positive flucuation in land sales and homes below the $130K down. That "gut level feeling" tells me that there are qualified prospective buyers that will simply have to make a decision. If you are in this group--I wish you the best!

However, don't rely on chance. Start your research now. Try to get and keep your debt to income level in check. If you haven't looked at your credit report lately--get one! Click here for more help. You may qualify for special programs. Click here for MS Hud info.

Thanks, JL--I found you at a really cool place the other day. I was going to pop in and say "hi", but I forgot. Imagine you have time to keep in touch with me. Amazing.

This blog is in response to an out of the blue phone call I received--an actually legitamite one. Now, you are far more brainy than I am... The reason I am adding the method of financing to my reviews is so we can spot a trend in how a particular area is handling financing, and to STOP the NO MONEY rumor.

Oh yes, one reason that I had the occupancy is because there has been so much written about occupied homes selling better vs vacant homes selling better. This year I will only market to vacant homes, and will assist buyers and sellers of occupied homes if they approach me, and AFTER much discussion and confirmation of understanding. I had to narrow my focus. This is a start:-)

Personally, I feel the fewer surprises the better. I like open showing schedules.
