Does anyone know of any organization offering a no doc line of credit? My situation is this: We developed a piece of property in a great area, it's on the market, but we need to pull some equity out. We are only looking for 12 - 15% ltv. Any suggestions?

If you are only looking for 10-15% LTV, I would suggest you contact a bank. We have banks here in Alabama that will do a no doc loan with excellent credit! It may take a little telephone duty and speak with someone with authority. The key is the risk factor. Doesn't sound like much risk to any lender with such a low LTV. Good luck.
