Here is a great Virtual Tour site that let's you use your digital camera to create 360 degree panorama virtual tours. You can also uplaod video and regular auto-play tour albums.
I like that I can present a sample tour to my clients before I get the listing- which is great for my listing presentation and my marketing budget.
I also like that I can clip the tour into my online advertising, like Craigslist and the Real Esate Guide as well as into my MLS listings.
The tours include a email capture feature, which sends me an email of the emails being sent by viewers.
And as a marketing tool, the URL is branded with my name in it so clients and prospects simply type my name into their search engine like Google or Yahoo and there I am, top on the list.
Tours are simple to create- just 5 to 20 minutes and there isn't a registration fee, monthly charge or another expense. I just purchased a tour, downloaded the tour software and follwed the easy instructions.
Oh, you can earn free tours through the referral program, and sell or give away Affiliate marketing spots to members of your marketing team.
I recently double sided a Commercial building and Business oportunity netting me both sides because the buyers found me on Craigslist-
That's low cost advertising and it seems t be working.
