So I was reading this great article that one of my Rivers Team Partners sent to me from the New York Times and I figured that this information was so great that I should share! Now is a GREAT time to buy a home especially in the Tallahassee area! Home Prices are at an all time low and anyone that can get approved for a mortgage right now especially first time home buyers should BUY NOW!
The home that you invest your money into now will pave the way for your wealth and a large amount of equity to invest into your next home in the future!! Interest rates are at an all time low and NOW is the time! I urge anyone who has been thinking about possibly buying to definitly read this article.
