The solution is in your hands...What are you going to do about it?

I remember when I was a lot younger. It had to be a couple of decades ago. I was watching this kung-fu style(B movie). You know the kind with cheezy acting but you're sucked into the plot. The movie was the basic quest. By fighting your way to the end goal. I remember when the "good guy" (It's a lot harder to tell today) found his way to the final answer scene and opened up the answer to his quest. It was a mirror, the whole theme, everything came down to what was inside of him. Wow!! I liked the movie overall because the solution was available to anyone. What was even more profound were all the people who were servants around the head guru's palace. Every one of them quit the quest before the last task - they were just to afraid and they became servants. Well the "good guy" became the head guru after he solved the last task. What tasks are in front of you? Are you up for the task? The only problem with the movie is that we MUST all be servants to those around us. Our goal should be to help others. The problems with politics and corporations and ...... is that we want others to serve us. That is upside down. If you want to make a difference strive to be a servant. What is it that my client needs or maybe wants? How can I help out? Try it. it may change your whole outlook on this industry.

Hi Bob,

One of the reasons I got inot real estate is becasue of the crappy agents i had in the past.  They wouldn't listen, the gave up easy, didn't pay attention to detail and I was telling them what to do!

I think we often forget that real estate IS a service industry!
