homes that sold at final purchase prices of $1,000,000 and above.
During the month of November, in Broward County, 13 Single Family Homes
sold at final
sales prices of $1,000,000 and above. They sold at final purchase prices
(NOT LISTING
PRICES) between $1,100,000 and $3,950,000. Click here to view their pictures and details (if

Of
the 13
homes sold, 5 are Homes with Ocean Access. The Subdivision
with the most sales was Windmill
Reserve in
Weston with 3 Sales that had final purchases prices
between $1,600,000 and $3,950,000.
The Homes sold are located in Ft.
Lauderdale, Hollywood, Lighthouse Point, Plantation, and Weston.
The 13 homes sold are located in the Subdivisions of Windmill Reserve, Riviera, Rio
Vista, Plantation Acres, Nurmi Isles, Lighthouse Point, Harbor Islands,
Hlls, Coral Ridge, Coral Key Villas, and Bonaventure.
